Biography:

Sarah Letts focuses on making one-off pieces, each with its own distinct identity and signature. Striated engraving enhances the colours and transparency of the enamel, bringing a unique depth and luminosity to the work. Gold and silver are polished to a satin finish, creating tactile contrasts between metal and glass. Each work embodies an movement of light suspended in time: ‘winged creatures that long to fly, hidden ground that lies undisturbed’.
