Biography:

Established in 1827, Thomas Fattorini Ltd. is a British family-owned company of gold and silversmiths, medal and insignia makers, managed by the 6th generation of the family and is, by Royal Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Manufacturer of Insignia, Honours and Awards. With over 183 years experience, the craftsmen of Fattorini are renowned for the making of beautifully crafted items in metals, precious metals and enamels, and in particular for the striking of high modelled relief medals. This has resulted in commissions from governments, Palaces, International sporting Federations and State Institutions from around the world. In addition to the in-house production facilities offered at their Birmingham Works, the company also has a factory in Manchester and an office in the City of London. Fattorini makes medals, trophies and awards for many prestigious national and international sporting competitions and organisations. Today the company exports throughout the world from National Governments to private individuals with the same exacting standards being as important today as they were in the 1800’s.
